Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email straight away. We aim to dispatch all TileKit orders within 3\u20135 working days. You’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is on its way.<\/span>

Returns<\/span><\/h2>\n

We want you to love your TileKit. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.<\/p>\n

To initiate a return, please email us at info@alhambramosaic.com<\/a> with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns.<\/p>\n

Damaged or defective items<\/span><\/h2>\n

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with a photo of the issue. We’ll offer you a replacement or a full refund – whichever you prefer.<\/span>
