Before booking your mosaic workshop, please take a moment to review our terms and conditions. These guidelines ensure that all participants enjoy a safe, organized, and inspiring creative experience. By booking a workshop with us, you agree to the following terms:<\/span><\/p>\n

Workshop Registration and Payment<\/span><\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. All participants must register in advance through our website booking system.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Registration is available up until the day of the workshop, subject to availability.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. We accept payment via credit\/debit card, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you have received a confirmation email.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Cancellations and Rescheduling<\/span><\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the workshop start time will receive a full refund.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the workshop starts.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. You may reschedule your booking to another available workshop date if you notify us more than 24 hours before your original workshop.<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Each booking may be rescheduled a maximum of two times.<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at info@alhambramosaic.com<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Workshop Attendance<\/span><\/h2>\n
        \n
      1. We highly encourage you to arrive on time to receive the full introduction and instructions.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. You may arrive early in the half hour before class begins.<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Late arrivals are accommodated as long as you inform us in advance that you’ll be late.<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of the workshop.<\/span><\/li>\n
      5. The accompanying adult must register and pay for their own place if they wish to participate in the workshop activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Materials and Equipment<\/span><\/h2>\n
          \n
        1. All necessary materials and equipment for the workshop will be provided, including mosaic tiles, backing materials (coasters, trays, mirrors, etc.), adhesives, air-dried clay, and tools.<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. Aprons will be provided for your use during the workshop.<\/span><\/li>\n
        3. Please wear appropriate clothing that you don’t mind getting slightly messy, as working with mosaic materials can occasionally result in minor stains.<\/span><\/li>\n
        4. You may not bring your own materials unless specifically arranged with us in advance.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Health and Safety<\/span><\/h2>\n
            \n
          1. By attending our workshop, you acknowledge that mosaic creation involves the use of adhesives and other art materials.<\/span><\/li>\n
          2. You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the workshop instructor.<\/span><\/li>\n
          3. We maintain a safe environment for all participants; however, you participate at your own risk.<\/span><\/li>\n
          4. If you have any allergies or sensitivities to art materials, adhesives, or grout, please inform us at the time of booking.<\/span><\/li>\n
          5. Please do not consume any materials used during the workshop.<\/span><\/li>\n
          6. Light refreshments may be provided during workshops. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Liability<\/span><\/h2>\n
              \n
            1. Alhambra Mosaic Studio is not liable for any damage to clothing or personal belongings during workshops.<\/span><\/li>\n
            2. You agree to be responsible for your own actions and the actions of any children you accompany.<\/span><\/li>\n
            3. Alhambra Mosaic Studio is not liable for any allergic reactions or injuries resulting from improper use of materials after safety instructions have been provided.<\/span><\/li>\n
            4. You agree to inform the instructor immediately if you experience any adverse reactions to materials or sustain any injury during the workshop.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Workshop Completion and Projects<\/span><\/h2>\n
                \n
              1. All mosaic projects created during the workshop remain the property of the participant.<\/span><\/li>\n
              2. We will guarantee the safety of any projects part-way through completion between classes and store them in our workshop storage area.<\/span><\/li>\n
              3. Projects that are left incomplete must be collected within 30 days, after which we cannot guarantee their safekeeping.<\/span><\/li>\n
              4. We reserve the right to photograph workshop sessions and completed projects for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us at the beginning of the workshop.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                Workshop Cancellation by Provider<\/span><\/h2>\n

                1. In the rare event that we need to cancel a workshop, all participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule to another available workshop date.<\/span><\/li>\n
                2. We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation.<\/span><\/li>\n
                3. We reserve the right to cancel any workshop that does not meet the minimum number of participants.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  Privacy Policy<\/span><\/h2>\n
                    \n
                  1. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found here<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  2. We will only use your contact details to communicate with you regarding your workshop booking unless you have opted in to receive other communications from us.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    Changes to Terms and Conditions<\/span><\/h2>\n

                    1. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.<\/span><\/li>\n
                    2. The most current version will always be available on our website.<\/span><\/li>\n
                    3. The terms and conditions in effect at the time of your booking will apply to your workshop experience.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      By booking a workshop with Alhambra Mosaic Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n
