Orders
Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email straight away. We aim to dispatch all TileKit orders within 3–5 working days. You’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is on its way.
If you have any questions about your order, get in touch at info@alhambramosaic.com and we’ll get back to you as quickly as we can.ticipants must register in advance through our website booking system.
Returns
We want you to love your TileKit. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@alhambramosaic.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with a photo of the issue. We’ll offer you a replacement or a full refund – whichever you prefer.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
- The most current version will always be available on our website.
- The terms and conditions in effect at the time of your booking will apply to your workshop experience.
