Workshop Terms & Conditions
Before booking your mosaic workshop, please take a moment to review our terms and conditions. These guidelines ensure that all participants enjoy a safe, organized, and inspiring creative experience. By booking a workshop with us, you agree to the following terms:
Workshop Registration and Payment
- All participants must register in advance through our website booking system.
- Registration is available up until the day of the workshop, subject to availability.
- Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
- We accept payment via credit/debit card, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
- Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you have received a confirmation email.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the workshop start time will receive a full refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the workshop starts.
- You may reschedule your booking to another available workshop date if you notify us more than 24 hours before your original workshop.
- Each booking may be rescheduled a maximum of two times.

Workshop Attendance
- We highly encourage you to arrive on time to receive the full introduction and instructions.
- You may arrive early in the half hour before class begins.
- Late arrivals are accommodated as long as you inform us in advance that you’ll be late.
- All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of the workshop.
- The accompanying adult must register and pay for their own place if they wish to participate in the workshop activities.
Materials and Equipment
- All necessary materials and equipment for the workshop will be provided, including mosaic tiles, backing materials (coasters, trays, mirrors, etc.), adhesives, air-dried clay, and tools.
- Aprons will be provided for your use during the workshop.
- Please wear appropriate clothing that you don’t mind getting slightly messy, as working with mosaic materials can occasionally result in minor stains.
- You may not bring your own materials unless specifically arranged with us in advance.
Health and Safety
- By attending our workshop, you acknowledge that mosaic creation involves the use of adhesives and other art materials.
- You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the workshop instructor.
- We maintain a safe environment for all participants; however, you participate at your own risk.
- If you have any allergies or sensitivities to art materials, adhesives, or grout, please inform us at the time of booking.
- Please do not consume any materials used during the workshop.
- Light refreshments may be provided during workshops. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance.
Liability
- Alhambra Mosaic Studio is not liable for any damage to clothing or personal belongings during workshops.
- You agree to be responsible for your own actions and the actions of any children you accompany.
- Alhambra Mosaic Studio is not liable for any allergic reactions or injuries resulting from improper use of materials after safety instructions have been provided.
- You agree to inform the instructor immediately if you experience any adverse reactions to materials or sustain any injury during the workshop.
Workshop Completion and Projects
- All mosaic projects created during the workshop remain the property of the participant.
- We will guarantee the safety of any projects part-way through completion between classes and store them in our workshop storage area.
- Projects that are left incomplete must be collected within 30 days, after which we cannot guarantee their safekeeping.
- We reserve the right to photograph workshop sessions and completed projects for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us at the beginning of the workshop.
Workshop Cancellation by Provider
- In the rare event that we need to cancel a workshop, all participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule to another available workshop date.
- We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation.
- We reserve the right to cancel any workshop that does not meet the minimum number of participants.
Privacy Policy
- Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.
- We will only use your contact details to communicate with you regarding your workshop booking unless you have opted in to receive other communications from us.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
- The most current version will always be available on our website.
- The terms and conditions in effect at the time of your booking will apply to your workshop experience.
